The McD's near me is generally pretty good about stuff, it's the Wendy's that gives me issues. They're graded on cycle time (one of my good friends was a manager at one, so I know a little about this) so they rush you through as fast as they can, and seem to get annoyed if you ask a question about your order. They just want to take your money and throw your change/food at you as fast as they can, which really gets on my nerves. Not a great way of doing business.
Also, Noelegy, I know exactly where you're coming from, as my dad is also Diabetic (type 2) and does not drink regular soda. I hate having to repeat myself three times just to make sure he gets diet soda.
