Other MOD called to give a heads up on SC.
Other MOD states that SC calls the front desk and asks for "SC", but when the Frond Desk states that they have no SC registered to a room he then adds "How about f***ing Registered Guest?"
SC called four times before advising it was Registered Guest's room he is trying to connect to and became abusive to Front Desk staff.
SC may call and complain that the Front Desk clerk hung up on him.
