your claim would have been rejected-media mail is ONLY for books, sound recordings, recorded video tapes, printed music, and recorded computer-readable media- a Gi and a flute are not.
Actually, that was in a different package that was also lost. The post 'twas a brain fart. The gi and flute went parcel post. They start to run together after four or five go missing x.x

Ohh how I hate eBay's feedback policy - the buyer has you by the balls ever since last year. How the hell fair is it when the buyer can leave you negative feedback and all you can do is either leave no feedback or positive feedback?
And I've had a couple issues with fucktards claiming their items were a day late and such, so now I get tracking numbers for everything. The last thing I need is someone buying something, saying they never got it and getting a refund. One asshole was mad because I wouldn't put a Buy It Now price up - they wanted to buy a doll from me for their kid and I guess they felt they deserved the toy more than everyone else because they proved they're fertile. So I put up a really high Buy It Now price and said if they want it that bad, they can pay out the ass. Surely their snookums is worth it? Otherwise, I wanted other folks who might want it to have a chance at winning it.
They ended up getting the winning bid anyway and then claimed they never received it. They left no feedback, but they also didn't get a refund, so I didn't really care. They seem to forget that I have their address and I could easily show up at their house with sharp stabby things.
But yes...tracking is your friend. If you can get it for your chosen shipping method, definitely get it. It's reassured a lot of my buyers and probably kept a lot of scammers at bay. If it's something fragile, maybe include insurance in the asking price and explain that in the sale description.
And as I frequently purchase "Magic, the gathering" cards on ebay these days, so I can buy exactly what I want, I'd also like to say that tracking is your friend if you're the buyer, too.
Customers should always be served . . . to the nearest great white.

Yay Magic! Was just playing again last night.
Just got into it about 15 years late. hehe

I used to buy a bunch of Magic cards on eBay. So I could cut them up and make magnets out of the art.
When you don't actually care about the value of the cards themselves, you can get bunches of cards for cheap from the jerks trying to claim they have rares mixed in with their junk collection to try to get bids.
