    I agree. Many people call in looking for a fight from the get go, and when you don't give them what they want, it pisses them off even more.
    I am a calm, laid back guy.....not all of my customers are sucky. Some are quite pleasant, in fact most are but when they suck, boy do they ever so suck and I refuse to play their game.

      She though that Dave gonna kiss her ass and give her what she wanted to stay, but once she got the nonchalant treatment of her trying get a discount with the "I'm cancelling!!11!!1!!" she got nada!
