I suspect that the true SC's among these groups of mallwalkers feel entitled to this ***priveledge*** for the same reason that SC parents think that arcades and game stores are there to babysit their kiddies ~_~ ...And why is that, boys and girls? It's the LAW! ^_^

Maybe it's 'cause you live in a warm climate. Here people want a warm place to walk in the winter. But come to think of it, our mall walkers come every day of the year. And they are entitled.
