It takes a while to learn to 'weed' out normal responces; courtesy, respect, empathy, etc.; when confronted by a SC. Been there and done that 1. here put this back!!11!, to customer "thank you" then toss thebasket to the spot she picked it up from or another spot nearby. 2. approaches and cuts line. avoid any and all eye contact/recognition, focus on next customer "your next miss/sir; how can I help you" or my fav.. sorry im heading to break/lunch, line over there can ring you up (leave).
