got a SC claimed he had 3 rooms for his reservation. turned out he only got 2 rooms instead of 3.
what i really hate about him was, he was really shaddy about this reservations. as if he was trying to hide something.
he kept on saying he got the reservation for 3 rooms and only with 2 confirmation numbers. our hotel gives 1 confirmation number per room. turned out this asshole tried to change his reservation a few days before check in. and he assumed he got 3 rooms. but he never got any confirmation emails for this 3rd room he thought he was getting. what a mess he made to himself. and he tried to blame us for the mishap. worst... he let his friend checked in and he got no rooms... cos we sold out for the week.
call the hotel or the reservation to make sure you are really getting what you assuming you are getting.
