When I worked at BK many, many moons ago, we'd have people come in and get upset that we didn't have Big Macs.

When I worked at Arby's back in the 90s, we had customers who kept ordering hamburgers and throwing a fit when informed we didn't have any.

Hey buddy, see that big lighted plastic sign right in front of you? The one with the list of food items with prices next to them? That sign is called a menu. It lists what we serve. If what you want is not on there, we don't have it. It's not a difficult concept.

Burger King used to have a sandwich that was very similar to the Big Mac. PRetty tasty too....shame those are gone.

I miss the chili cheese burrito myself.

Dunno about that, but the Supreme Nachos with the corn tortilla shell was awesome! I miss those! That SC was an idiot, I mean really, giving you shit over something you had no control over?!! Then again I forget that with SC's they think employees = genies.
