Today myself, CW and MOD were i the back room discussing some changes corporate wanted up to make. MOD notices the doors open t the back and a female customer walk in.

MOD: *walking toward SC* Excuse me, ma'am, please step out of the back room on to the sales floor.
SC: *slowly making their way to the door* Whhhhyyyy?
MOD: *shoes SC out, we listen* It is not safe to be in the back. We have heavy boxes and dangerous equipment.
SC: Oh, how was I supposed to know that?
MOD: *points to huge sign on door that says "employees only beyond this point"* Well. we have a sign Right here.
SC: Oh. I see.
MOD: Do you need any help?
SC: No. I was just wondering if you carry <item>?
MOD: NO, but we do sell <similar item>.
SC: Oh. One more question.
MOD: Ok.
SC: Why didn't you really let me in the back?
MOD: Because it is employees only, and you don't work here.
SC: What if I was man. I'm a women.
MOD: If you didn't work here, it wouldn't matter. Only employees are allowed in back.
SC: But your a man.
MOD: And I work here.
SC: Oh, I *does air quotes* get it.

The SC walks off, leaving us scratching our heads. MOD also notify LP as SCs in the back usually mean attempts to steal.

MOD: Because it is employees only, and you don't work here.
SC: What if I was man. I'm a women.
MOD: If you didn't work here, it wouldn't matter. Only employees are allowed in back.
SC: But your a man.
MOD: And I work here.
SC: Oh, I *does air quotes* get it.

Well, we've all heard of the Race Card, now here's the Gender Card. No, it can't possibly be because you're not authorized to be back there, it must be because you're a woman!
