I dunno if it`s not so much a height thing than it is maybe a gender thing or the fact that the almighty customer would not be told no by management so therefore, there must be somebody else... a `manager`who can fix this and get him what he wants regardless of whether he`s owed it or not.
I used to encounter this on a regular basis at the portrait studio when I managed it. They`d yell and curse and swear and go blue in the face when I`d say, `No, there`s nothing we can do. We can`t give you a refund or anything for free.`
`Well I want to see a manager then!`
`You`ve been yelling at one for the last hour and I still say no.`
Then they`d go purple and storm out.
