I'm lost on the "rendition" bit. What?

Crazy is referring to the cases of "extraordinary rendition" where CIA etc have taken suspects/prisoners and flown them to countries with more... accommodating laws on interrogation techniques.

Apparently he thinks the Shriners will bundle him into a van, fly him to Pakistan and attach electrodes to testicles until he admits that fez's are cool.
