what exactly is 'extra diet'? Maybe pouring half water, half diet drink? Does that make it 'extra diet'? Oh oh I know...pure water..you don't get much more 'diet' then that. No calories and one of the best drinks you can have for your body (well not ALL water..but that is another story).
