It doesn't make sense. What makes even less sense is the fact that it happens all the time.

I'll frequently have someone call me up and want their password changed because they forgotten it.

They'll ramble on for 5 minutes before I can get them to tell me WHICH password they want changed and another 5 minutes before they'll tell me their name so I can change it.
