      OMG...that lady was a truly a pain in the ass. I had to explain over and over and over again about how to get a new receiver and that she may need to buy her own HDMI cables to hook up her new HD TV to the HD receiver she wanted to upgrade to along with quoting her prices and such. If I could I would've bitched slapped her through the phone.
