This one is from a couple years ago. A rather grungy looking couple comes in and approaches the Customer Service Desk, the cashier smutter "oh, great." , apparantly these people were scammers. They wanted to return a diabetes(sp?) testing kit. When the Phgarmacy associate opened it up there was blood in the tester. The customers claim it camelike that , but it was out of the wrapping/packaging, and there was a layer of dust on the kit. It turns out that the tester was left out of the package in the front seat of hubby's pick-up for 2 months. Because of the blood being a biohazard we cannot take the thing back. They, naturally are not happy, and ask to see all levels of management. Everyone says no. We tell them to call the company. They say " We did. They said to bring it here." So we called, turns out (suprise, surprise,) they never called and things like this are handled drectly to the manufacturer. Also it turns out that the kit was stolen from a clinic. (apparantly it was repoerted stolen and the serial #s matched). The couple screamed at the rep. on the phone screamed at us and then grabbed the cashiers arm. For that stunt they were banned, as they leave they chuck the kit at a manager (who was out enjoying a cig.) Naturally it missed by a mile and it the SCs van, denting it, and cracking the window( it was a conversion van with plastic windows) It was unsettling, to say the least.
