Yes, the fluffy avatar came to me in a vision. I've been trying (as you know) to get a fitting avatar unsuccessfully for some time now. I think I'm done fiddling with it. This is the one.

Makes me feel sane

I was starting to feel I was the only one who had all manner of crazies every day.
Some people have worse/better/ more or less the same kind of days as me. It's good to talk out in the open with people who share my pain.

I also did loose my faith in the supreme goodness of humanity, but that was long before I came to this board.

Thank you for the support. You guys are all brilliant.

P.S.I have gone and looked up a book(neat trick for someone who works in a library) about dealing with extemely agressive people. I will share tips on quiet days.
