I think I've got an eBay scammer on my hands

I had a moment sort of like that but on the buyer side. We bought something and thought it went through. I didn't realize that I had to then log into my paypal and verify the payment to go through. I don't remember ever having to do that for previous purchases and when I first looked at paypal, it looked like a pending payment that was processing, not one that was waiting on me to do stuff. Was lucky to have a patient buyer like you and got it sorted out quickly

Yeah, the idiot woman did pay extra for the shipping - I'll be damned if I was gonna give her $35 shipping for the price of Standard.

And I've also had several moments when paying for eBay goodies when I had to log into PayPal before I could pay. I guess it's just to verify it's still you paying or something.
