There is only one way that we can even initially decline to transfer to a Supervisor. If we are not speaking to the bill to, and they are trying to get us to change something about the account. I say initially, because according to corp if they insist we still have to transfer them. Then the supervisor gets to tell them the exact same thing. "We can only make changes if the bill to requests them"

I always refuse sup transfers if all they are gonna do is parrot the same info.
Never been pulled for it and it's actively encouraged.
Where I work sups generally have LESS knowledge because they don't take calls all the time, being managers they are too busy managing us lot! My team leader likes to point that out a lot.Comment
