        I love (and by that I mean 'am shocked by') how both those customers made massive assumptions about your education level.
        Seshat's self-help guide:
        1. Would you rather be right, or get the result you want?
        2. If you're consistently getting results you don't want, change what you do.
        3. Deal with the situation you have now, however it occurred.
        4. Accept the consequences of your decisions.

            I agree. I'm pretty sure Madison doesn't exist. Some people sure are amazing!

              I had an interesting shopping trip recently where a woman on the phone was practically screaming at whoever they were talking to about how something was "none of your [multiple expletives deleted] business" this and a whole bunch of other obscenities with the random bit of other words thrown in for spice. She was at this for at least 10 minutes (she was going before we got inside). One of the clerks we passed shared a"do you believe that woman?" look as we passed by.

              I don't think she appreciated my shouting down the aisle at her that as loud as she was, it was everybody's business.

                      Why can't other customers start to yell at her when they witness this? That would give this story a happy ending.
