    This part here, I actually understand...They weren't upset that your computer wasn't working, so you couldn't process calls...they were upset that your call center still sent the call to you, forcing them to call back. Is still something minor, but from what you've said about your bank, might have been the straw that broke the camel's back, as it were. Your call center's failure caused the customer extra work, so they were paying them back

      Exactly. That is the reasonable response, even CB agrees on this fact. Sadly, that is not Call Center's policy so I am stuck between a rock and a hard place.

        as if a pre-approval is something the banks can just pull out their buttocks?
