...you were too stupid to catch onto in the first time.
I had many people needing help. Of course the first group came out of a study room and didn't bother to tell me they were done. They did ask me if they could use the machine here to check out books.
So I go lock their study room and see a lady in blue waiting for help. I lock the study room first before someone decides to bitch my ass out about it*. On my way back I had to wake up a loser, then this stupid bitch (sb) wanted my help finding an intermediate math book. I show her the area, but of course that is not good enough. I have to hand her a book. I told her there was someone else waiting for my help before she came up to me. In fact the lady in blue followed me and wanted to find GED books, so I show her where they are (though we didn't have any, I might as well show her were they would be so she wont' think I lied about us not having any). SB of course follows me, complaining that I didn't have time for her. I cw comes to replace me (shift change) so I pointed cw to sb. SB of course started to bitch that I didn't have time to help her.
SB, I showed you were the books were. If you needed me to actually hand you a book because it's too hard for you to look, I think the word problems are going to eat you up and spit you out.
Also, earlier, a customer wanted the GED books. I showed him the area and didn't see any so he wants to know which libraries had copies. I showed him the catalog, showed him which libraries had them, and gave them a map of the libraries. I don't think he liked that this was hard, that he had to call other libraries to see if they had them. I did explain that they are popular books, they are checked out and stolen a lot. But it's not easy just finding a GED book, which he hope it would be.
