          No. It's Maggie Smith.

Slight update: Hosting provider went in to disable the template, and noticed that the template wasn't just stolen. Someone directly imported it onto their site.

...This basically means that the guy who they've stolen it from, somehow got them a copy.

I spoke with said client, who just about levitated when I told him about the theft. He claims he did NOT sell them/give them a copy, and wanted to know who imported it onto their site. Supposedly, he says that he thinks it was his ex-partner, who left their company on some fairly bad terms. This is quite plausible, as his site is "SiteNameX", and this new website is "SiteNameY". Very, very close.

Either way, I informed him that I've confirmed with the hosting provider that the template needs to be stripped, and that he's in the process of doing so. Client didn't even bat an eye, and thanked me for it.

So....this could turn out to be interesting.

Agreed. Although the end result will be Awesome, the time until such point will be Interesting, which, for Seraph, means Aggravating.

                In any case...

Just read the Wiki article on it . . . it looks and sounds delish.

Update: Template was stripped. Thief promptly reuploaded it, minus the obvious code watermark, with some really, REALLY bad code to replace the parts that were ours. Site's not working properly anymore, but that's not even the good news. Old client's ticked they named the site so close to his, so he's going after them over the name. Its his problem now~

So, what's done is done, ended pretty quietly, thank God. They now know I am serious about copyright, word will spread as usual, and I protect my copyright another day.

I made 2 last Christmas. One of them turned out great. With the other, the stupid dough wouldn't rise.
