Isn't it always convenient for people to say this? Yet, thank God we have notes on the accounts that will show the customer knew about a bill, or a charge, or anything else related to their service. How about those that demand a credit after they were shut off for not paying their bill? Get it all the time in my place. They want a credit for the headache they caused themselves not being able to watch TV, or use the internet, or what have you. Paaaleese!
