Will the pharmacists add a note that a particular customer is an asshat if the techs ask them to?
Yeah, typically I'll just hit a print screen of the person I need a note for, write what I need put in there, and put it up by the pharmacist's station for them to handle at their convenience. It's not like we're putting in nasty notes, it's important stuff like billing info and customer preferences. And notes from the cops, in a few instances....

Three words for you AFPhoenix: Hostile Work Environment. There's no reason why your pharmacists should have to put up with racial slurs directed at them every time that cretin visits.

Which begs the question: If he hates Asians so much and doesn't want them touching his meds, then why does he keep visiting your pharmacy?
That's a really good question, and now the idiot has decided he likes the Vietnamese pharmacist, and will only deal with her. Whenever he calls, we just tell her that her "friend" called, and she rolls her eyes. I guess he's just a part time racist or something. He's a wierd, nasty old fart and I can't wait until he keels.

If I have a bad expierence, I'm telling everybody I know. Not so much to "warn" them, but because they often make for damn good stories, and I like getting people to laugh. Or because I want someone to verify that I wasn't overreacting.

I do always ask if I was overreacting if I had a bad expierence in a store, or whatever.

Now, my company has several contractors that we have black balled. Most of them know it. We have a reputation I'm sure. It is, get us the right stuff, and pay us. Simple right? That list will grow once I take over because there are several people I don't want to work with and I won't when I get to decide.

Radix malorum est Cupiditas (Latin): Greed is the root of all evil

(thank you Google cuz I don't speak Latinese either)
The version I'd heard was "The love of money is the root of all evil", but 'greed' is more succint. I picked it up from Chaucer - specifically The Pardoner's Tale.

Came in smurfing useful when trying to work out why customers acted as they did.

I think Chaucer picked it up from the Bible - 1 Timothy 6:10 "For the love of money is a root of all sorts of injurious things, and by reaching out for this love some have been led astray from the faith and have stabbed themselves all over with many pains." It's often misquoted as "money" is the root of all evil but it's the "love of money" that usually gets people into trouble.
