I seriously doubt it. I just love empty threats, don't you?

I used to love empty threats made by SCs. They always gave me & my co-workers something to laugh about. If SCs only knew that they are not ruining the employee's day by making those threats. What ruins the day for the employee is that the SC does not keep their promise, & they come back.

Funny, I hear every day "Well, I'm going to go to Satellite because I'll get better service."

Yeah, I get that too. I always just wonder how long it will take them to come back to us. Seriously. Sadly, it's too often.

I have a mental image of the same speech bubble coming from two different shops of "I'm never shopping here again." The next panel would be two people passing each other as they go to the store the other has just left. The last panel would be the same speech bubble coming from the same two shops saying "You're so much better than the other place..."

Sometimes, I have to wonder how much churn happens in this exact fashion.
