Unexpected Turn

Yesterday, one of our regulars called in. She asked when her meds would next be filled. (A common question) She then asked for my last name, and the spelling of same. This usually means a complaint is coming. I provided the information. She then asked for the spelling of the last name of one of my co-workers. I began to get a bit nervous. Then she said "I'm sending you guys a Christmas Card at XXXXX Pharmacy, an I just wanted to make sure I spelled your names right!"

It brightened the rest of my day!
