Customer Complimented Me On My Service
Yesterday, a customer was exchanging one flavor of ice pops for another because she didn't like the kind she got. Since the ice pops she returned weren't open and were still cold, I was able to put them back.
When I got to the freezer, the customer was there and she saw the pops she wanted but had a little trouble getting them. I got in the freezer, put the pops she returned back in the freezer, and got the flavor she wanted. She thought there was only one box left of the flavor she wanted but there was actually two. She asked for the price and when I told her she decided to get the other box.
The customer told me that I was always very helpful to her when she came in and was always nice to her. She even told me that I was a good saleswoman.
