Mr P. He comes in every week with a set of bed linen and a towel for us to wash and press as he can't manage it himself. He partly comes in for a chat and a friendly face. We always rememer his name, make sure to say hi when we see him outside our shop. Each week he'll bring us a present - chocolates or biscuits to share, and sometimes a box of teabags or jar of coffee.
Mr M (1). Does a lot of charity work. Always has the same order for his photos. Always stops for a chat and waves from distance. Knows all our names without looking at our badges. Sends us all cards for Christmas and birthdays.
Mr M (2). Always stops by even if he's not shopping with us that day. Makes us laugh. Calls me "Leader of Men and S, dreaded by idiot customers everywhere" (S is the newest member of staff). Remembers all our interests and what we're up to, and chats about them.
Mrs T. shouts "YooHoo" when she's about. Loves to stop and chat.
Mrs G. Loves to laugh about idiot customers. Loves to tell idiot customers they are idiots. We like her!!
Soooo many more, but all these have been in today. We had a good day today.
