I'd like to say thank you to the flight attendant on Delta 4781 from Salt Lake to Reno... whether or not you know it you made a flight that would otherwise been very stressful not as bad. Really nothing calms down a nervous flier more than staying absolutely calm, not even missing a beat serving drinks during turbulance, normally I would be freaking out, but you staying calm helped me stay calm. Thank you.

And let me say, I have a renewed respect for our board members who work as flight attendants, especially the ones that work on small planes that have worse turbulance than the jumbo jets.
