Yep, call center duty. The number on the back of the bag of chips? That was me and about 25 other people. Actually got told to go to hell over a 4 oz bag once.
Every morning before the phones would turn on we would do a few pieces of mail. One day I got a letter in it that was extremely polite and rather standard until a little note scribbled on a page from one of those $.25 handheld spirals fell out.
It said "Customer service is rough. Have a nice day!"
I still have it, and because of it I still had rent monies for the next year or so. I couldn't keep the actual letter or the envelope, so I have no way of telling that woman how much that meant, but there is a special place in my heart for her.
