Late night help

One of my supervisors just about made me cry last night, in a good way. I was on a call with a guy who just could not make up his mind what he wanted on the card with his flowers. He had changed the message something like ten times. The call was lengthy and he wasn't spending that much money and was being an enormous pain in the ass. My super, Ashley PMed me and offered to take the call to finish it up if the guy was chewing me out. I explained he wasn't chewing me out, he was indecisive and I could handle it.

She's the only one that notices when the calls run long and who will ask you if you need help with someone. Most management people at Flowers O Suck won't help you if you beg, she jumps in whenever it looks like you might possibly need help.
