I just have to send out these good words before I forget.
I shop at No Frills and Baker's here in Omaha. Primarily because between the value cards, coupons and instore sales, they have the best prices. AND they put up with my anal retentive shopping/bagging.
Since we're in a poorer area of town, you'd think that people there would be more on edge but every time I go into either place it's a delightful experience.
First to the lady at No Frills. It sounds so cheesy but the fact that you said that I was a beautiful person and deserving of a wonder day? That seriously made my day. I know most people wouldn't take it that way, but I literally was tearing up because I was having a kindof foul day. I do look for you in line now. You're a wonderful and amazing spirit.
To the delightful cashiers at Bakers. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! LOL madam supervisor, while you may have been joshing me, the look you gave me when I handed over my ID was priceless. The fact you even tried kindof scratching at the birthdate to see if it was real made me smile. And when you said "I had no idea!" I could have hugged you.
So simple, but seriously, these two places put smiles on my face ten miles wide.
P.S. I do recommend Hy-Vee Midtown as well. Their customer service is the best. ;D (Yes I need to come see ya again, sorry hon!)
