Today was manic, first day back in the office after the christmas holidays and the telephone rang off the hook since 08:30 not letting up all day with people wanting cash authorisations immediately, I have taken more than my fair share of idiot calls today, and was gnashing my teeth.
but in the midst of all this, Mr X rang me.Mr X was polite, let me speak, answered my questions sensibly and quickly and said he understood the bits i could not do for him of what he asked, and was happy with the bits i could help him with, and he made my day.
