"Mao"
I've got a coworker at Mal-mart I'll call "Mao" as he is of some sort of asian descent (I haven't asked what he is, that'd be sort of rude ). He's not done anything in particular, he just always smiling and his tone is always pleasant.
"Oh, miss Tama!
Are you coming to take my place? ..."
He finishes ringing up the person he was ringing up, and then says to the next person:
"Miss Tama is going to take care of you now. "
I find it hard not to smile around him, and when I'm having a bad day, his uplifting mood is rather contagious.
So here's to you, "Mao."
