    My car broke down a few days in atrocious weather and I used all the phone credit I had ringing the breakdown company.

    I wrote them a polite email asking if the money could be refunded as the wait was overlong.

    They wrote back saying it was not policy to do so but they would on this occassion as a goodwill gesture.

    As it is over £20 that was excellent.
    Customer "why did you answer the phone if you can't help me?"

    Nice to know not all tow companies suck. Had one charge my roomate for 2 trucks because they sent a flatbed instead of a winch when he called about being stranded off the side of the road needing to be pulled out.
    I'm sorry reading is not a new concept it has been widely taught in our nation for at least the past 100 years. Please, learn to do it CORRECTLY before you become contagious.
