We saw a BBQ we want (Broil King Crown 90, natural gas model) and went to our local Sears store to buy it, using a $30 coupon, $20 scratch-and-save for that weekend, and it was on sale as well - total savings $100 on a $600 BBQ.
Got the phone call that it came in and went to pick it up. Receiving guy brought it out for us, but it was a propane unit, not natural gas. Oops. So off we went to ask the hardware/tools department where we purchased it to re-order it for us.
No one working there. So we went to electronics, where the ASM was called for us. Processed it quickly - refund it and repurchase it, and gave us an actual date when it will be in (next wednesday) instead of the original purchase when we were not given a delivery date. We were also given a $25 gift card, which we will apply towards a cover for it.
So to Sears, thank you for the prompt, professional and courteous service at your Square One location.
