Here at the resort it seems like the longer that guests are here the worse they are, especially the kids. The exception is this lovely French couple and their daughter. They are about half way through their 3 week stay and they are the most respectful and kind people that I have had they joy of helping. Mother and daughter come in at least once a day and the little angel is just learning to write so if there aren’t any other guests waiting she gets to sign out the towels, and I have to say the look of accomplishment on her face is about the cutest thing I have ever seen, also she knows a handful of English words, and is always sure to say “thank ou”
The only “problem” that I have ever had with them was when they signed out a board game and didn't turn it in on time. Games are due back by 5:30 and they turned it in at 5:45 and were very apologetic.
