I bought something for Mr. E over a month ago at a well-known store here in town. It's a store where the parking lot is always crammed and the store is always full because there are deals to be had. (So busy that no strollers are allowed on Saturdays.) Today I finally got the opportunity to take it back, but I was a bit concerned that there would be problems. That said, I was prepared to accept the worst.
Clerk said "no" over 30 days. (I had the receipt and the box with the product in pristine condition.) I asked if a manager could possibly help me. She got one, he examined the product, I got my credit. You bet I was polite and said thank you!
Bought some more stuff, more than was credited. All is well!
