I went to Luby's Friday night to get some key lime pie for my Mom. She likes their key lime pie. The girl who was assigned to the drive in was talking on her cell phone while ringing up an order. She had to ring up the order at the register up front instead of at the drive thru window. The MOD walked by & said "no cell phone use; please wait on the customers". The employee told the person at the other end, her Mom, that she had to go, & hung up the phone.
I wish there was a manager at the Jack in the Box I went to a couple of Saturday's ago. The girl who was waiting on customers at the front counter was also working at the drive thru. She was talking on her cell phone in between waiting on the customers at the front counter.
