Boss Man sent me down to Market Street Eats in Portland Maine to pick up his lunch. (Yes, I will pick up lunch for my boss, since i"m on the clock, and especially if he's treating me as well)
Boss Man sent me down for a tuna wrap. I walk through the rain, and arrive with fogged wet glasses to find out there are at least six different tuna wraps. First, the manager gives me a napkin to wipe my glasses. Then he realizes I've never been there, and explains the menu. When I still look confused, I explain the dilemma, and he asks who my boss is. He doesn't recognize the name, so he asked what store I worked for. He knows immediately what the Boss wants, and when I still look doubtful, says, "His wife usually picks it up for him."
It was quick, it was easy, It was tasty.
