So this took place probably about a year ago at one of the grocery stores I worked at.
N - Female co worker (cashier)
G - Male co worker (cashier)
NC - Very nice female customer
Me - yours truly (bagger)
So NC comes up to N's register as she's about to leave. G's gonna take over when N leaves.
NC has a bunch of chicken breasts from the meat department.
N starts to ring her up when we discover some of the chicken breasts are leaking, bad enough to leave puddles of chicken blood. So G goes back to the meat department to see if he can find some chicken that leaks less while I'm stuck with the unfortunate job of cleaning up the chicken blood. I have to clean it up off the floor and the grocery cart. While N cleans up the conveyor belt.
At the end we offer NC some hand sanitizer which we use as well. She asks to speak to a manager and one of the managers happened to be nearby so we wave her over. NC was extremely complimentary of all three of us to the manager.
