The hubs has been laid off, and we are reducing/eliminating some of the services we currently use. Hubs took two cable boxes to Knology and explained that he had lost his job and we were downgrading our cable service. Knology gladly helped him disconnect the HD service from the boxes, told him they were sorry about his situation, and since we had been such loyal customers for the past 8 years, they would reduce our Knology bundle bill by $20 a month! We have always gotten good service from Knology, but I never expected them to do this. It's nice to know that loyalty is occassionally rewarded.
