Weird email...
I just started in tech support 3 days ago. I'm happy with the job, but damn, I get some weird emails!
You need to know that I work for a company that sells laptops. It's a bit like Dell, people configure a machine online, we assemble it and send it to them. Simple as that. We only do laptops though.
I got this email from a guy who was very upset. I have no idea why though. You see it was of great importance of him that we immediately changed his online dating profile!
Because, his profile said "do computers turn you on?", but it was supposed to say he was a member of WSPA, and he would like us to correct that immediately, since he "was not a member of our company...
WHAT? This makes no sense! We have no control over random dating websites, and expecially not his private profile on one! We sell laptops! Also, you can't be a member of our company... Just huh?!
Maybe he was drunk...
