It was very techincally correct. The person almost sounds like an English major, where the correct query would have been "When you right-click on what?"

Sounds like a standard case of advanced noobism though.

That or the customer was trying to be smart. For example...

Q: When's your birthday?
A: June 30th.
Q: No, what year?
A: ...Every year.

Me: Now what you want to do is right-click on the My Computer icon-
Cust: ICON?! Boy, there'd BETTER not be no icons on my computer! I'm a God-fearin' man, son!
Me: Uh...right click on the My Computer...picture...
