I'm willing to bet that your power supply isn't sufficient, especially since I can't see any details on it, nor specifically which video card you're running (512 Video's not descriptive enough, sorry ) Most places include a power supply unit just barely powerful enough to run the machine, so you need to upgrade that if you're upgrading the video card and processor.
I ran into that very issue with my own computer, though in my case it was a self-inflicted problem. I built my computer from scratch, and I wasn't thinking too much about the power supply. The chasis I bought looked very nice and had its own power supply included, which I just bought as a package deal. When I upgraded from an ancient, way obsolete video card to my sexy 8800 GTS 320mb, my computer would no longer boot up!
I was utterly horrified that I had done something wrong, such as create a short somewhere or some other mistake that would fry expensive electronic components. It wasn't until I looked over the video card's specs again that I realized the new video card alone was using up the entire power supply.
Needless to say, I had to upgrade from the budget power supply to a real one, and the machine booted up just fine once that was all installed.
