    I have another one now, I'm at the store last Friday to check out their rack (no comments, please) and I ask about their computers. Only issue is with a signature pad so I take care of that. No other issues.

    Now, I come in this morning, a PC is completely down w/ BSOD and has been "for a long time" (odd it was working Friday). I sent them an email asking them to do a hard reset (with instructions). How much you want to bet that they won't be able to do it and I'll have to spend another 90 (each way) minutes driving there to reboot it for them?

    Luckily, I cc'd one of the sales people who isn't that bad with computers.

      Hee. We keep that in mind when we select our beta testers. Of course, we don't *tell* them that.
