  • No you don't understand

standard disclaimer: If it's in the wrong spot feel free to move.

    DSL support for residential.

We have installed a new modem in this customers location as well as a Dlink router. So I KNOW that there is no conflict on LAN IP.
She is ticked that when tech came out and swapped modem that her DSL stops working.
She claims that she was working wirelessly and there is no ethernet running from her machine to any location.
She is running a Vista desktop so I have her go to Network and Sharing and look for Manage wireless networks.
    It isn't there.
I try to refer her to PC manufacturer but she continues to claim: I understand what your trying to say but this stopped working when the tech came out and that's why I'm upset!

Ok what part of "your wireless isn't appearing on your PC and this is a software issue on the PC" are you "understanding"?
    Bark like a chicken!
Working...
