Quite a Grrrrr myself. I was burning the image wrong.

that would do it..... and if its any consolation, ive done that a couple of times myself.

atleast it wasnt burning backup disks all to the same disk. i did that once while running on 2 hrs of sleep in 3 days. 7 disk backup all on the same cd

I'm thinking it was Roxio. I'm tossing Nero on my XP box now.

(My poor Vista box doesn't have a burner... yet.)

Try CDBurnerXP, best utility I have found for burning ISOs and such, and its free.

i use iso recorder for burning isos. it's a free app, and hasn't failed me yet on vista or xp. just right click the iso and tell it to burn
