You know it's going to be a fun ticket when the ticket, IM, or email is in all caps and contains the notorious eleventy-one. Throw in several acronyms that would get them fired if they said the actual words and you have a real winner.

Here's some help:
1) Excessive punctuation doesn't help. Also, release the 1 key THEN the shift key.,
2) Yelling won't help your situation.
They also seem to have to get in the last word in any email or IM, even if it is an OK, IC, etc.. but rarely a TY (Thank you).
