I don't know what it is but I have a manager who is mad because I did not solve his ticket 2 days BEFORE I got it nor would I be willing to run to his store (45 minutes each way) to solve it since it can be resolved remotely.
So, what does he do? He has several more tickets logged for his store.
Doesn't he realize that this will NOT ensure that I'll get out there faster - in fact, it will now take LONGER to just sort though them all.
